Folder Lock without any S/W
Many people have been looking for an alternative way to lock folders without the use of any alternative software.

So, here you go.

Open Notepad and copy the below code and save as locker.bat.

Please don't forget to change your password in the code it's shown the place where to type your password.

Now double click on locker .bat

First time start, it will create folder with Locker automatically for u. After creation of the Locker folder, place the contents u want to lock inside the Locker Folder and run locker.bat again.

Hide ur drive without any softwares

you can hide your “private” files using a nifty little registry hack that will completely remove an entire drive from your computer. The drive will not show up in My Computer, will not be accessible from the command prompt, and won’t even show up in Safe Mode! Ok, so here’s how to implement the hack: first off, back up your registry as this requires adding a key to the registry. Once you’ve backed up your registry, open the registry editor by clicking on Start, Run and typing in regedit.

Now navigate to the following registry hive shown below:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Policies\Explorer
Right-click on Explorer and choose New and then DWORD Value.

Name the new value NoDrives and then double click on it to open the properties dialog box. Click on Decimal for the Base unit.

Type in one of the following values depending on that drive letter you want to hide.

A: 1, B: 2, C: 4, D: 8, E: 16, F: 32, G: 64,
H: 128, I: 256, J: 512, K: 1024, L: 2048, M: 4096,
N: 8192, O: 16384, P: 32768, Q: 65536, R: 131072,

X: 8388608, Y: 16777216, Z: 33554432, ALL: 67108863If you want to hide drive E, just type in the value 16. The really cool thing about this trick is the fact that you can hide multiple drives by adding the numbers of the particular drives together. For example, if you want to hide drive E and drive G, you would type in the number 80, which is 64 + 16.
Restart your computer and your drive will now be hidden! Trying to hide your system drive (C) will not work as Windows has to use this drive to run correctly, so don’t store your secret files there!
When you want to get your drives back, change the value of NoDrives to 0 or simply delete the value altogether. Of course, having to do this everyday can be a pain, so if you’re up for it, you can try and write a registry file that will allow you to insert and delete the value by just double-clicking a file.
This trick also works for mapped drives, so if you want to hide mapped drives, you can do it this way (though it might just be easier to disconnect a mapped drive).

Auto Link Checker As You Browse

This is for anyone who uses Firefox and will end the need for you to manually check RapidShare links as any coded links are automatically displayed as live or dead while you simply browse the page. This is good for you moderators when doing reports.

Enable Hidden BootScreen in Windows Vista

The Windows Vista BootScreen is pointless, but Microsoft decided to hide a more visually appealing boot screen that can easily be enabled with very little trouble. I'm not sure why they didn't make the boot screen better.
If you really want a better boot screen, you can check out my article on creating a custom boot logo.
Here's the default boot screen:



And here's the hidden one, called "Aurora"



All you have to do is type msconfig into the start menu search box, and hit enter.



Click the Boot tab, and then check the "No GUI boot" checkbox.




Hit OK and reboot the computer. You should see the new boot screen immediately.
Note: You may get a Windows Defender error on the next startup. You can enable the system config utility using the tray icon and this error will go away.

Task manager is a powerful Windows tool for managing system services, processes, monitoring system activity and starting or closing applications. It is basically extended version of run box and it comes very handy to operate within Windows system. That’s way many system administrators prefer to disable task manager on public computers to restrict access to major critical system resources which could lead to system compromise.Here we will show you how to modify registry to disable and re-enable "Windows task manager".So guys,here we go:

Goto start and click on run(Win+r) and type in regedit and find this input:

If you do not see “System” folder under Policies you can create it by right mouse click on Policies > Key > and name it System. Than point your mouse pointer to an empty area, right click it and choose create new DWORD (32 bit) value. Name it DisableTaskMgr and press enter. Than double click it and set Hexadecimal value to 1. Press enter and reboot computer. After than task manager will be disabled on your machine and inaccessible. If you later decide to enable task manager again, navigate once against to dword 32 value we just created and simply delete it or change value to 0. Now navigate to

If there’s no key called “System” right click Policies navigate to “New > Key” in the right click menu and type “System” to create a new key.(skip this step if you have the key) To disable task manager right click the empty area in the right side pane and create a key with the following settings “New > DWORD (32-bit) Value” and type “DisableTaskMgr” and press Enter.(without the quotes) Right click on “DisableTaskMgr” and click “Modify”, type 1 and press ok.To enable task manager simply navigate to

right click “DisableTaskMgr” click delete and click yes for confirmation.

Creating your own website can be useful for a number of purposes. Whether it's to share your expertise on a particular topic, start an online business, foster a community, or just maintain an online journal of your activities, having a website will allow you to make your content accessible from any connected computer. It can also theoretically allow you to have a larger audience for your ideas than you would ever have otherwise. If you have useful ideas or observations to share, you may be able to share them with as many as a few dozen people throughout the day, if you are lucky. With a website, you can share them with hundreds or even thousands.

Possibly the easiest way to create your own website is to use Google Page Creator. This service, still in beta, provides intuitive interfaces for adding text, images, links, and other bits of content to a webpage hosted by Google. The web address of your page will be yourgoogleusername.googlepages.com.

Google Page Creator is a WYSIWIG web design platform, which means "What You See is What You Get" — what you create in the design interface is what your visitors will see. Google Page Creator automatically saves your website pages as you type them, so nothing of value can be lost. The whole system is so extremely simple that even those without basic computer literacy skills can probably use it.

If you want more options and functionality on your website, as well as your own dedicated web address, you'll need to create pages in HTML, register a web domain, and get a hosting server to upload your pages to. Web domains can be registered at any number of registrars — Godaddy.com is a popular one. Google "hosting" or "cheap hosting" to find many thousands of available hosting companies. As a general rule of thumb, if you're paying more than about 10 US dollars (USD) per month for hosting for a low-traffic website, you're paying way too much. Many companies offer space for 5 USD a month.

To create HTML, you can write it from scratch in notepad, or use a WYSIWIG program like Macromedia Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage. HTML is not a programming language per se, and as such is much easier to use than true programming languages. You can learn basic HTML in less than an hour and start using it to create your very own web pages.

After you create your pages, they must be uploaded to your server. You will receive a username and password from your host once you register with them. You can use these in an application called an FTP program to connect your computer with the server, then send your completed pages from computer to server. Once uploaded, your website will be visible on the World Wide Web for all to enjoy. Within a few days, pages with inbound links will be indexed by Google and begin to appear in search results.
