Create an alarm that play mp3 you want

There are various application on the internet that will do the alarm job, I have recently done searches and found that atomic alarm clock do the job.

Atomic alarm clock is not free..., however i have come across a free method and requires only 300kb

first step
Download xmplay and extract it to a directory. NO INSTALLATION IS NEEDED

open xmplay, scan your music, create a playlist and save it.

Second step
Go to Control Panel, open Schedule Tasks.
click on add scheduled task, use the wizard to set the time of the alarm (daily, ....whatever appropriate for you), enter your password and the task will be added.

Third step
I assumed that the task's name is alarm, so double-click on alarm, add -play - tray at the end of the path of run.

for example if the path
"C:\XMPLAY\xmplay.exe"

make it
"C:\XMPLAY\xmplay.exe" -play -tray

now when the task is executed the player will play the songs and will be minimized in tray.

xmplay play provides WONDERFUL skins and plugins . there are plugins that can read music files in rar or 7z or zip files. check it out.
